If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your order you can return your order within 30 days from when item was received for a full return or exchange. At this time we can not be responsible for any shipping charges unless the return was a defect on our part.

All items must be returned unworn and in their original condition.

Pierced earrings are non-returnable for reasons of hygiene and safety.
